Mission Statement:
To provide dental services to our patients effectively and efficiently in an OSHA compliant setting.
Education:
We have a current staff that consists of 2 dental hygienists, Beth and Jen; assistants, Sue, Sandy, Cathy; 1 EFDA assistant, Lynda; 2 office managers, Barb and Belinda. Combined, our staff has 126 years of being in the dental field. The Drs. Robert, Christopher and Jill Harter have 86 years collectively in the dental profession.

The Drs. Harter are required every 2 years to take 40 hours of Continuing Education, which they not only do, but surpass the required amount. They try to focus on current hands-on courses that allow them to meet the demands of modern dentistry. Our goal, through Continuing Education, is to do better dentistry tomorrow better than we did today!
Dr. Chris has taken advanced anterior and posterior aesthetic reconstructive courses from nationally recognized leaders in the field, such as Stephen Poss and Rhys Spoor. Stephen Poss was clinical director of the anterior and posterior program at the nationally acclaimed, Las Vegas Institute. Chris also has taken extensive courses in the area of endodonics to further his skill is mastering root canals.
Dr. Jill has begun to focus more on neuromuscular dentistry- a philosophy that believes to correct bite position is where the muscles of mastication are in the most relaxed state. Recently, she completed a neuromuscular occlusion class taught by Dr. Tim Adams. In addition, in her Senior year at Ohio State, she completed an elective with Dr. Ed McGlumphy, a well respected implant clinician, on the placement and restoration of implants. This has been invaluable in the restoration of implant cases she has completed, that not only changed her patients ability to function, but changed their lives.
After 51 years in practice, Dr. Robert has the experience second to none to handle most dental situations, and still has the passion to learn new procedures to meet today's challenges.
Continuing education plays an important role in our ability to offer our patients the best that modern dentistry has to offer. From the routine recall appointment to the most complex reconstructive case, the Drs. Harter are prepared to meet their patients needs.

Our practice has grown through generations of families, and with continual referrals of their friends and families, our practice continues to grow! Our simple philosophy is to stand behind our work, and do our best to make sure the patient is satisfied. We are grateful to our patients that have allowed us to gain their trust over the years to treat not only them, but their loved ones.
